System written in DOS V6.2 GW-BASIC !   Even so, it is still able to pass data through the network to have Race Status monitors   in remote locations, for commentators, race control, & media.   Able to post live race status data to the internet every minute,   for people that can't make it to the meeting.    Able to display graphs of passings and positions.   Started in Dec 1978 on the old Bay Park Tarmac circuit, using windup stopwatches.   Been developing the timekeeping system for 17 years.   1,173,700 laps have been captured through the system so far.   105 menu options, for 16 clubs, over 480 race meetings.
